摘要
我国高等教育改革的不断深化促进了高职教育规模的日益发展,造成短时间内教师短缺的现象,而解决这个暂时性问题的最佳途径是向社会聘任兼职教师。目前高职院校在兼职教师队伍管理上取得不少成功的经验,同时也存在诸多问题。本文通过实地调研,收集充分材料,在归纳总结的基础上找出高职艺术设计类兼职教师实践中存在的问题,探寻成因,提出具有针对性的建议及切实可行的操作办法。
With the further reform of Chinese higher education, part--time teacher employment proves to be one of the best ways to meet the increasing need of the teaching staff in vocational colleges. Based on site visits and investigations, this paper sums up the shortages of vocational colleges and their problems in part--time teachers employment management. After a detailed discus- sion about the causes of such employment and management problems,it will further put forward some suggestive and effective solutions to these problems.
