摘要
本文对河南省旅游专业毕业生就业意向进行了调查,通过调查发现,学生专业忠诚度偏低,就业信心不足,对薪资不太满意等问题。有针对性地提出提高教学质量,加大实践教学的力度,密切校企合作,加强对毕业生的就业指导等解决对策。
This paper carrys on the investigation on the employment intention of the major in tourism in Henan province graduates, through the survey we find that:low confidence to major loyalty to employment, the salary is not satisfied. Puts forward improving the teaching quality, the major interest to the students, increasing and strengthening the practice teaching, enhancing cooperation of schools and enterprises, strengthening the employment guidances to graduates, and some other solving countermeasures.
