高职院校大学生创业园的实证研究——以广西国际商务职业技术学院为例

Empirical Research of Graduate Pioneer Park in Vocational Colleges——For the Case of Guangxi International Business Vocational College

大学生创业园是大学生创业教育、培养大学生创新能力和"企业家精神"的重要载体和实训平台,被越来越多的高校所重视,广西国际商务职业技术学院大学生创业园根据学院的办学特色,在办园模式上,主要通过扶持大学生创办微型企业,为实践教学服务,为企业提供人才储备等办法,强化孵化园的"双孵化"功能,也取得了较好的成效。同时,也存在着大学生对创业不主动,创业成功率不高,园区管理跟不上等诸多问题,文章从加强一体化管理,与创业教育紧密结合,完善创业导师机制及明确创业实体的法律问题等解决大学生创业园可持续发展。

The graduate pioneer park is an important carrier and training platform where students can venture and get the entre- preneurship. So it is an increasingly important thing for colleges, the GEP of Guangxi International Business Vocational College support graduates founding the micro--enterprises, service for practice teaching and to provide personnel reserve. At the same time, some problems were exposed, such as no incentive in venture,lower success rate of starting one＇s own business and lack of management. This article, starting from some questions, such as, strengthening integrated management, perfecting entrepreneurial education business mentor and legal issues, resolve the sustainable development of university pioneer park.
