Cultivation of Law Talents Involving Foreign Elements with Comparative Law as the Cut-in Point

随着国际交往的不断发展,我国涉外法律事务日益增多,而涉外法律人才总体处于稀缺状态,无法满足社会的需求。以比较法为切入点培养涉外法律人才具有其必要性和可行性。宜配备合理的师资队伍,提高法科生的外语水平,提供模拟司法实践场所和辅助设施,在此基础上通过合理的课程设置,适当的教材和教法选择,延伸并完善其相关理论体系,提高其涉外法律实践能力,使其成为既通晓内国法,又具备涉外法律事务处理能力的卓越法律人才。

With the development of international communication and globalization, there are increasingly more legal affairs involving foreign elements in China,on the whole the law talents involving foreign elements are not enough to satisfy the social need at all. It becomes essential and also feasible to cultivate law talents involving foreign elements with comparative law as the cut-- in point. Law schools should make a reasonable arrangement of the faculty,improve the foreiqn language level of their students and provide room as well as supporting facilities for mock court. On this basis, they should offer reasonable curriculum,choose appropriate teaching material and approach, extend the related system info and improve the practical skills involving foreign elements of their students and make the students excellent law talents who are not only familiar with domestic laws, but also able to handle legal affairs involving foreign elements.
