摘要
高职院校教师绩效评价是高职教育整体质量的有效保障,是高职院校有效管理重要途径,也是高职院校教师专业成长的外部动力。但是高职院校在绩效评价实践中存在重视不够,评价主体混乱;盲目照搬,"高职"特色缺失;定位不当,评价作用不明显等问题。因此,应该加强对绩效评价工作的科学研究,借力高职院校评估,增强评价主体的独立性,挖掘绩效评价的价值。
Vocational college teachers' performance evaluation in higher vocational education is the effective guarantee of the overall quality of higher vocational colleges, is the important way and effective management of higher vocational college teachers' professional growth,the external power. But in the practice of performance evaluation in higher vocational colleges are seriously insufficient,evaluation of the main confusion; copy blindly," vocational" missing features; improper positioning, evaluation function gettingobvious question. Therefore, we should strengthen the performance evaluation of scientific research; with the help of assessment in higher vocational institutions,enhance the independence of evaluation main body ;find the value of performance evaluation.
