本文梳理了"综合包户"作为志愿服务项目近30年的发展进程。"综合包户"被誉为北京志愿服务的发端,项目的社会化发展中,显现出不断壮大志愿者队伍、拓宽志愿服务对象、深化志愿服务内涵等特点;本文总结了该项目贵在坚持、重在创新、持续育人等基本经验,认为"综合包户"为志愿服务的常态化发展积累经验,奠定基础。

This paper gives an account of the development of 'Comprehensive Package Families' as a volunteer service project over the past three decades. 'Comprehensive Package Families' is known as the inchoation of volunteer service of Beijing. Along with the socialization of the project, volunteers′groups are growing, the objects of volunteer service are widening and the connotation is deepening. This paper summarizes the experiences of the project such as perseverance, innovation, education etc. 'Comprehensive Package Families' is considered to have accumulated experiences for the normalization development of volunteer service and to have laid foundation.
