北京市内流动人口迁居研究

Study on Residential Mobility of Floating Population in Beijing

北京市流动人口的数量大,且迁居率高,因而流动人口的迁居问题值得特别关注。本文首先介绍了北京市流动人口数量和分布的基本特征,然后运用2008年对北京全境的大规模电话调查所获的数据,研究了流动人口的迁居水平、迁居原因、迁居空间模式、迁居意向及区位选择等项内容。

Because of the large number of floating population in Beijing and their high mobility rate, the residential mobility of floating population deserves special attention. This paper introduces the amounts and distribution of floating population in Beijing and then, based on the data from a large-scale telephone survey throughout Beijing in 2008, we study the residential mobility level, reasons, space pattern, preference and location choice of floating population in Beijing.
