纤维桩修复喇叭口型根管的临床应用

Clinical Application of Flared Root Canals Restored with Fiber Posts

目的观察D.T Light post纤维桩修复喇叭口型根管残根残冠的临床疗效。方法 26例患者需要修复的35颗患牙,经完善的根管治疗后,采用D.T Light post纤维桩,DUO-LINKTM双固化树脂粘接剂,Light-Core光固化树脂核材料恢复桩核,钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复。分别对患者于1、6、12、18、24个月随访观察,通过临床和X线片检查评估修复体的临床疗效。结果 35颗患牙均无桩冠脱落或松动,成功率为100%。结论 D.T Light post纤维桩系统材料修复喇叭口型根管的残根残冠效果良好,但长期效果有待进一步观察。

Objective To observe the clinical effects on the flared root canals of residual roots and crowns restored with D.T.Light fiber posts.Methods After complete root canal therapy,35 teeth from 26 patients were restored by D.T Light fiber posts,DUO-LINKTM dual cure resin cement,Light-Core light-cured resin core material.And then,cobalt-chromium alloy metal-ceramic crowns were applied to restore them.The patients were followed up 1 month,6 months,12 months,and 24 months respectively,which were observed the restoration effects by clinical results and X-ray.Results There was no post crown fall off or loosed in these teeth,the successful rate was 100%.Conclusion It′s good to restore the flared root canals of residual roots and crowns by D.T.Light fiber posts system material.But the long-term effects need to be further observed.
