作为中华民族传统美德的仁爱思想,内涵十分丰富,我们所倡导的危难救助、助人为乐、见义勇为等无疑都贯穿着仁爱的理念,都是仁爱思想的应有之义。本文通过梳理中华传统的仁爱思想及其在现代的沿袭和发展,揭示仁爱思想,为法律强调危难救助提供伦理基础。

As a Chinese traditional virtue, the connotation of thought of benevolence is very rich. What we have been advocating, such as rescuing in distress, helping others with pleasure and acting bravely in a just cause, are nndoubtly running through the idea of benevolence. All these are the proper meaning of the thought of benevolence. By combing the Chinese tradition thought of benevolence and its modem lineage and development, the article shows that the thought of benevolence provides the ethical basis for stressing rescue in distress in law.
