摘要
教师专业发展学校(PDS)已经成为教师专业化运动的标志性合作模式,在越来越多的中国高校中开始推广。教师专业发展学校作为一种跨"大学——中小学校"的区域教师"培养—培训"联盟,其组织章程亟待体现以下质量保障要素:"大学——中小学校"合作的有序性、师范生综合实践能力培养的有效性、"大学——中小学校"多导师制的落实、"大学——中小学校"教师素养提升的多赢性、专业发展学校组织运作的协调性。
The Professional Development School (PDS) not only symbolizes a cooperation model of teacher professionalization movement but also becomes more and more popularized in Chinese universities. The Professional Development School as a cross-regional organization in "Teacher Training Alliance" covers the institute educations from universities as well as primary and secondary schools. The association articles need to reflect the quality assurance elements urgently in the following factors: ( 1 ) the effectiveness of cooperation between institutes of education in universities as well as primary and secondary schools; (2) the quality of comprehensive practice ability training; (3) the implementation of the multi-tutorial system; (4) the win-win enhancement of teacher quality; (5) the coordination of the professional development organizations.
