就如何保证新线开通后首次列车能以 6 0km/h速度安全通过这一问题 ,以津浦线下行DK80 3+2 0 0~DK80 6 +2 0 0氵解河大桥扩孔工程的施工为背景 ,对路基、道床和轨道结构三个方面的技术要求 ,特别是施工技术措施进行了深入探讨。其中包括 :地基系数K3 0 与路基密实度标准的提出 ,填筑材料的试验选择 ,具体施工方法的应用和路基沉降的观测 ;控制道床初期下沉量的重要性分析与有效的施工技术保证措施 ;新线轨道结构几何形位的要求与相应的技术处理措施等。
The paper analyses how to ensure the railway embankment with higher density and stability in the material and construction method, puts forward some requirement to ensure the 60?km/h of the first train velocity for the track structure, points out that the locomotive was used to compress the ballast of new railway track for the higher stability before new railway completed, and makes sure the first train has 60?km/h of velocity to run over this new railway section.
