促进辽宁城镇化加快发展的对策研究

Countermeasures to Speed up the Urbanization of Liaoning Province

通过对辽宁省城镇化发展现状进行分析,明确发展过程中存在的问题,结合"十二五"时期城镇化发展的方向与目标,从区域规划、产业集群、农村建设、改善环境、扩大就业、保障住房等方面提出符合辽宁省省情的城镇化建设的措施与建议,以期促进辽宁城镇化健康、快速发展。

This article puts forward the countermeasures that suitable for Liaoning province from the region- al planning, industry cluster, agricultural construction, improvement of the urban environment, increasing employment and supporting houses to promote Liaoning urbanization in the healthy and fast way. Combi- ning with the direction and goal of Liaoning urbanization in the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the arti- cle solves the above problems by analyzing the present state of Liaoning urbanization.
