城镇化水平综合评价方法研究

The Study of the Level of Urbanization Comprehensive Evaluation Method

以城镇化概念为理论基础,分析城镇化水平评价方法,并指出单一指标法的不足之处。在以人为本和可持续发展原则的指导下,从人口、经济、社会、文化及环境五个方面入手,选取25个指标,构建一种新的城镇现代化指标体系,并以辽宁省为例,计算出13个城镇城镇化发展水平评价指标系数,论证了该指标体系的可行性。

Based on the concept of urbanization, this article analyzes the urbanization level evaluation meth- od and points out the deficiency of unitary index method. Under the guidance of the people-oriented and the principles of sustainable development, starting from the population, economy, society, culture and envi- ronment five aspects, the article selects twenty five indexes and constructs a new urban modernization index system. Taking Liaoning province as an example, the article calculates 13 towns＇ urbanization development level evaluation index coefficient, then demonstrates the feasibility of the index system.
