摘要
目的:建立测定左金分散片中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱:PhenomenexLuna C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸-十二烷基硫酸钠(540∶460∶0.9∶4.5g),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:344nm,柱温:35℃。结果:盐酸小檗碱的线性范围是0.063~0.315μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.37%,RSD为1.50%。结论:用该法测定左金分散片中盐酸小檗碱的含量,操作简单,重复性好,精密度高。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Zuojin dispersible tables. Methods:C18 colum(150mm× 4.6mm, 5μm)was used, with Acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-twelve sodium alkyl sulfate(540: 460: 0.9 : 4.5g) as a mobile phase,the flow rate was lmL·min^-1 ,the detection wave length was at 344nm and the temperature of column was at 35 ℃. Results: The linear of berberine hydrochloride was in range of 0. 063 -0.315μg/mL, r =0. 9999. The average recovery was 99.37 % and RSD was 1.50 %, respectively. Conclusion : The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
