枳椇子乙酸乙酯部位化学成分的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分离鼠李科植物枳椇子种子乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:运用柱色谱法对枳椇子乙酸乙酯部位进行分离,并根据理化性质及波谱数据对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从中分离得到3个化合物,鉴定为:hovenitinsⅠ(Ⅰ),laricetrin(Ⅱ),Dihydromyricetin(Ⅲ)。结论:乙酸乙酯部位是枳椇子解酒的活性提取部位,该化学成分研究分离得到的三个化合物均为黄酮类,为新药的研发提供了科学依据。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Hovenia acerba Lindl ethyl acetate extract. Methods:Repeat- ed silica gel chromatographies were employed for the isolation. IR,MS and NMR were used to elucidate their structures. Results: Three compounds were obtained and identified as hovenitinshovenitins I ( Ⅰ ), laricetrin( Ⅱ ), Dihydromyricetin (Ⅲ ). Conclusion : Ethyl ace- tate parts is the active extracted parts of hepatoprotective thunb fruit for wine,the chemical composition can provide certain scientific basis of the research and development of new drug.
