通过对新疆铁路运输发展的区域环境特点的分析 ,系统地研究了新疆铁路运输发展现状及其特征 。
By analyzing the regionally environmental characteristics of railway transport development in Xinjing,the current situation and features of railway transport development in Xinjiang was studied,then the development thoughts and countermeasures were given.
