Study on the Application of Polygonum Cuspidatum in “Chinese Medicine Ministerial Standards”

目的:探索配伍中药虎杖的方剂组成、运用及变化规律。方法:通过查阅《中药部颁标准》中应用虎杖的复方,分析虎杖在复方中的配伍特点。结果:《中药部颁标准》中虎杖配伍以活血化瘀功效为主,依次为清利湿热、清热解毒等。结论:掌握虎杖的配伍规律,可探寻出虎杖的功能主治特点与治疗相关疾病的病理因素之间的联系点,不仅为临床应用提供依据,同时对进行深入的药效机制研究提供重要的中医药理论指导。

Objective:To search after the form,exerting and transformation law of the compound applying by Huzhang.Methods:According to' Chinese medicine ministerial standard' in the application of Compound Polygonum cuspidatum,analysis of the compound in the compatibility features.Results:The first efficacy of Polygonum cuspidatum in' Chinese medicine ministerial standards' is activating blood circulation,and then followed by the efficacy of removing dampness and clearing hot,clear heat and detoxification,etc.Conclusion:Master the compatibility of the law of Polygonum cuspidatum,can explore the point of contact between the Polygonum cuspidatum indications characteristics and treatment-related pathological factors of the disease,not only to provide the basis for clinical application,conduct in-depth study of the efficacy of pharmaco-mechanisms in TCM theory guidance.
