嘉二气藏孔板流量计量误差分析及改进措施

Metering Error of Orifice Flow in Jialingjiang 2 Member and Countermeasures

针对嘉二气藏具有的气藏含水量高、井口计量输差大的问题,对输差原因进行了分析。认为脉动流影响,孔板检查、维护不到位,安装不符合标准要求,场站管理存在问题是其输差大的主要原因。为此,提出了减少脉动流、加强孔板管理、加强流量计检修,提高各个连接零件的加工精度等一系列降低嘉二气藏输差的改进措施。

For the gas reservoir of Jialingjiang 2 Member,there are some problems of high water content and measurement shortage at wellhead.So,in this study,the shortage is analyzed and it ’s considered that the main reasons include the effect of pulsating flow,the insufficient checking and maintenance for orifice,and the unqualified installment and deficient staff management.After that,some countermeasures are made in order to increase measurement accuracy at wellhead,for example,to reduce the pulsating flow,to strengthen the orifice management,to decrease the effect of meter error on measurement,and to increase the accuracy of every connecting fitting.
