摘要
伴随着LNG接收站的建设和发展,国内开始兴建大型LNG船舶。一般LNG船舶建造完成后都要经历一个非常重要的LNG船舶气试作业过程。目前国内运行的5艘LNG船舶均在LNG接收站进行船舶气试作业,但国内已建成的接收站基本不具备对LNG船舶进行气试作业的功能。针对此问题,叙述了LNG船抵港前船方对船舱的干燥和惰化准备以及接收站的单向阀换向和储罐降压准备程序,重点讨论了抵港后气试作业的船舶BOG置换、冷舱和LNG装载的流程,并对作业标准条件下LNG船气试的作业时间及LNG耗量进行了对比分析。指出由于接收站的工艺设计要求及船舶的船舱组分存在差异,因此还需制订针对性较强的作业程序和相关应急预案。
With the construction and development of LNG receiving terminal,large-scale LNG ships have been manufactured at home.Gas testing is a very important procedure for them.At present,a gas testing for five used LNG ships is carrying on in LNG receiving terminal.But the constructed terminal is not quite equipped for the testing.So,according to the properties and requirements of the testing,this paper describes the drying and inerting preparation for the cabin,and one-way valve reversing and storage-tank decompressing in the terminal before these ships arrived at port.Moreover,BOG displacing,cabin cooling and LNG loading processes are discussed.The testing time and LNG consumption under operation standard are analyzed.Due to the difference between the technological design request and cabin of the ship,a more suitable operation process and emergency plan should be set down.
