摘要
大港油田天然气公司于1994年引进的LPG回收装置采用IFPexol工艺进行天然气脱水,装置投产后出现了冷箱冻堵、甲醇含量超标以及酸性组分腐蚀管道等问题。介绍了增加精脱硫系统与除油器以及冷箱改造的工艺情况以及再次对回收装置进行分子筛脱水工艺改造的情况。采用分子筛脱水工艺改造后,LPG回收装置的运行状况得到了明显的改善,减少了非正常停车时间,延长了回收装置的使用寿命,提高了产品的质量和产量。
LPG recovery unit,introduced in 1994 for Natural-gas Company,PetroChina Dagang Oilfield Company,adopts IFPexol technique to carry out gas dehydration.After its operation for many years,there are some problems,such as blocking and freezing of cold box,over-the-limit methanol and pipeline corrosion due to acidic components.So,some techniques are used for solving these problems,including fine desulfurization system,oil remover,cold-box modification and molecule-sieves dehydration modification.The operational status of unit improves a lot after these modifications,which include reducing the off-normal parking time,prolonging the unit ’s usage life and increasing the product ’s quality and quantity.
