Specificity and complexity of oil and gas exploration projects determines the specific talents structure and talents demand on exploration management team.If the talent reserves cannot meet the current demand or are not suitable for the future development,construction of oil and gas exploration management talents training mechanism becomes urgent and necessary to satisfy the current needs and prepare for the future replacement as a talent reserves.
