摘要 油气企业由于其历史和现在发展过程中存在的特殊情况,其内部激励制度存在一定的不足,影响了企业员工的积极性并造成企业优秀员工的流失和整体竞争力的下降。指出了现有激励制度存在激励程度不够、激励方式单一且有失公平、内部考核体系不够完善、培训体系不够健全等问题,并结合主流的激励理论,探讨了完善油气企业激励制度的相应措施。 As we know,problems of imperfect incentive mechanism existing in oil and gas companies,which come out of special history or current conditions,has severely affected employees ’ working motivations and even caused loss of talents and decreasing of company ’s overall competitiveness.According to problems existing in current incentive mechanism including insufficient incentive degree,simple and unjust incentive mode,imperfect of internal performance evaluation system and training system,combined the mainstream incentive theory,related measures on perfecting incentive system of oil and gas companies are presented.
