摘要
为做好网络成瘾大学生的心理工作,了解认知行为疗法对网络成瘾大学生的治疗效果,对实验组网络成瘾大学生进行认知行为疗法干预,对照组进行一般访谈法干预。结果为:实验组干预前后量表得分值分别为7.42±1.11、4.56±1.68;对照组干预前后量表得分值分别为7.44±0.77、6.47±1.46;2组干预后量表得分值比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。经过认知行为疗法干预后,大学生网络成瘾程度明显减轻,具有较好的效果。
Objective: for the psychological needs of college students with interact addition and the intervention effect by cognitive behavior therapy. Metbods: cognitive behavior therapy intervention was performed in the experimental group and the control group with general interviews intervention. Results:The scores of the ex- perimental group before and after the intervention were 7.42 ±1.11,4.56 ± 1.68 ;and the scores of the con- trol group before and after intervention were respectively 7.44±0.77,6.47 ±1.46 ; the scores in the two groups after the intervention was significantly different (P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion:After intervention of cogni- tive behavior therapy, students'interact addition were obviously relieved and it achieved good effects.
