负压封闭引流在糖尿病足治疗中的作用

The role of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot

糖尿病足是糖尿病患者的主要并发症之一。而糖尿病足创面感染和不良预后正困扰着全球大多数医务人员及患者。负压封闭引流（VSD）能干燥创面、有效地防止细菌入侵而使创面很快清洁，且持续高负压状态能显著改善局部微循环状态。VSD对糖尿病足的治疗具有多重作用，其作用机制和操作过程具有一定的特殊性。

Diabetic foot is a common complication in diabetic patients. Infections and poor prognosis of diabetic foot wounds are plaguing the majority of the world＇s clinicians and patients. Vacuum sealing drain- age（VSD） could drain the wound, prevent bacterial invasion which contribute to clean the wound as quickly as possible. Furthermore, continuous negative pressure can significantly improve the state of local mierocircu- lation. Therefore, VSD with particular mechanisms and processes plays multiple roles on the treatment of dia- betic foot.
