摘要
中层管理人员是邮政企业管理体系中枢,有效的绩效考核方法对邮政企业的发展至关重要。对当前邮政企业中层管理人员绩效考核的现状进行研究,分析存在问题及成因。根据现存的绩效考核方法,制定出适用于中层管理人员的绩效考核方案,即实行KPI与360度考核法相结合的考评方式,全面、客观地对中层管理人员进行绩效考核,帮助扭转邮政企业中层管理人员中存在的"干多干少一个样、干好干坏一个样"的现象,增强中层领导的执行能力,调动其服务基层、服务企业的积极性。
Middle-level manager is pivot of postal enterprise management system. It plays a crucial role to take action effective performance evaluation method in postal enterprise development. It studied the current performance appraisal situation of middle-level managers in the post system, accordingly, analyzed problems and reasons. Meanwhile, it worked out a suitable performance evaluation scheme according to the existing performance evaluation methods. Finally, combining with the actual situation of a postal enterprise, it discussed and carried out personnel performance evaluation for middle management.
