摘要
研究槐米中黄酮成分的加压提取工艺,并与回流提取做比较。以提取率为指标对乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取温度等条件进行单因素实验,并采用正交试验优化,得出最佳提取工艺参数:乙醇体积分数为50%,提取时间为20min,料液比为1∶40,提取温度为130℃,最佳提取率为19.4%。
The extraction process of flavonoids from the pagodatree flower bud using pressurized liquid extraction (PLE) was studied and compared with reflux extraction. Significant conditions including ethanol concentration, extraction time, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature were studied and optimized by the orthogonal test. The results showed the best extraction process parameters was below: ethanol concen- tration was 50 %, extraction time was 20 rain, ratio of material to liquid was 1 .' 40, ex- traction temperature was 130 ℃, and the highest yield of extraction was 19.4%.
