食品安全风暴下湖南猪肉行业可持续发展战略研究 被引量:3

A Study of Sustainable Development Strategies of Pork Industry in Hunan in the Context of the Food Safety Storm

摘要 由于湖南猪肉安全生产的操作监管不力,相关法律法规不健全,消费者缺乏安全意识或食品安全常识等原因,使得生猪及猪肉制品安全现状令人担忧,给湖南猪肉制品行业带来了诸多不利影响。因此,应该以标准化规模养殖力促湖南生猪产业提质升级;加强环境控制,构建湖南生态养猪新模式;加强猪场饲料管理,确保养猪经济效益稳步提升;强化屠宰、加工、运输等环节的监管力度;强化湖南猪肉制品市场供应的监测预警力度;普及知识,推动提高市民肉品安全消费意识,从战略上促进湖南猪肉业的可持续健康发展。 Because of the poor supervision for the pork production safety operation in Hunan, the defects of related laws and regulations, and the consumer's lacking safety consciousness or common sense about food safety, the conditions of the safety of hog and pork products are worrying, which has brought many adverse impacts. Therefore, strategies should be emphasized such as: promoting standardized and scale breeding to urges pig industry of Hunan to upgrade; strengthening the control of environment to construct a new mode of Hunan ecological pig breeding; strengthening the pig feed management to ensure the pig breeding economy to benefit steadily; strengthening the supervision of slaughtering, processing, and transportation; strengthening the monitoring and warning of the market supply of Hunan pork products; popularizing the related knowledge to increase public safety consciousness for meat consumption so as to promote sustainable and healthy development of Hunan pork industry from a strategic view.
