从毕业生调查反馈看一般院校工程管理专业人才培养——以中南林业科技大学工程管理专业为例 被引量:9

摘要 随着建设规模投资的迅速增长,我国对工程管理人才的数量和质量都提出了新的要求。为了更好地为我国的建设事业输送满足时代发展和社会需求的高素质工程管理人才,以中南林业科技大学工程管理专业为例,介绍了该校的人才培养具体措施,并对毕业生进行了调查。通过对调查结果的分析,提出了一般高等院校应立足人才培养定位,加强人际关系和创新能力培养、加强实践、毕业设计环节等建议。 With the rapid growth of the construction scale and investment, our country sets up new requirements for the quantity and quality of engineering management professionals. In order to convey high quality engineering management talent who can meet development of the time and the social demand, the article introduces specific measures of personnel training in the university, for example of Central south university of forestry and technology of engineering management expert .And through the analysis of the results of a piece of graduates survey, it puts forward some personnel training suggestions that the general universities should strengthen of training of interpersonal relationship and the innovation ability, the practice, and the graduation design.
