摘要
在高校瑜伽选项课的教学中,根据学生的学习、健身、防病、治病的需求,结合瑜伽项目的特点,运用处方教学模式,能明晰学生的学习目标,进行有计划、有针对性的教学,进一步提高课堂教学效果,让学生在课后能主动运用瑜伽进行健身锻炼,发掘瑜伽课更大的潜能。
According to students' different requirements for study, keeping-fit, disease-preventing and disease-curing, college yoga teachers could take the prescription teaching mode in the yoga elective courses and choose some contents fitting the students. This mode can clarify students' study goal and teaching targets and teach with pertinence so as to improve teaching effectiveness in class and promote the proactive use of yoga by students after class to keep fit.
