摘要 刘翔的成功对我国田径界在训练理念和训练方法上产生了积极影响。系统归纳和总结了刘翔及其教练孙海平在训练负荷上以强度为核心的理论。指出:训练强度是反映训练质量的重要因素之一。孙海平教练创造了小周期、短节奏、高强度的训练方法,尝试以训练强度为指导核心进行训练,取得崭新的训练理念。同时,有效的医务监督是高强度训练的保证。 Liu Xiang's success has generated positive impacts on training principles and training methods in domestic circle of track and field. Specifically, this passage gives prominence to systematically theoretical induction and conclusion on the intensity - oriented training theory by Sun Haiping, Liu Xiang's coach. Sun holds the point that training intensity, the highlight of training load, is one of the most important elements in manifestation of training quality. The training method he invented, with training intensity at the core, which features small cycle, fast pace and high intensity, has achieved great success. It testifies the dialectical relationship between heavy training load and high intensity in conventional training pattern, paving the way for new training principle. Additionally, this method suggests the necessary role of effective medical supervision of sports in high intensity training.
