女子沙滩手球射门方式分析

The Analysis on Shot Style of Women's Beach Handball

采用文献资料调研、数理统计法和专家访谈等方法,对2008年、2010年世界女子沙滩手球锦标赛和2011年欧洲女子沙滩手球锦标赛共计169场比赛数据进行分析:1)得分方式主要以SPS为主,SPE是比赛的特色;2)在Shoot out决胜中,各队都运用高技巧、高分值的SPS来赢得比赛。据此,女子沙滩手球运动训练应加强SPS的训练;重点培训守门员的攻击能力;进行各种角度的空中接力的射门配合。

Through using the method of literature review, data statistics and expert interview, this paper analyzes the data on the 169 matches of 2008,2010 Women＇ s World Beach Handball Championship and 2011 Women＇ s European Beach Handball Championship： First, the main score mode is SPS, specially the goalkeeper takes part in field attack ; Second, every team choose SPS to win the match in Shoot out. The result showed that in women＇ s beach hand- ball we must pay attention to training of SPS, INF and the ability of goalkeeper.
