地方本科院校卓越工程人才培养模式研究——以许昌学院数字媒体技术专业为例

A research of Excellent Engineers cultivation mode in local undergraduate colleges——In the case of digital media technology profession

文章通过对卓越工程人才培养的背景研究,构建了理论联系实践、因地制宜、个性发展、可持续发展的卓越工程师培养原则,提出了由课程设置、师资队伍、实践教学构成的探究、合作、CDIO"三位一体"的卓越工程师人才培养模式。以数字媒体技术专业为例,文章建议地方高校应培养以实际工程为背景,以工程技术为主线,具有工程意识、工程素质和工程实践能力的高素质卓越工程师。

Based on the background research of training program of Excellent Engineers, the principles of combining theory with practice, adjusting measures to local conditions,individuality development, and sustainable development are constructed in this paper. In order to cultivate Excellent Engineers, an inquiring, cooperating, and CDIO Three - in- one talent cultivation mode is put forward, which consists of curriculum setting, teaching staff and practical teaching. Taking digital media technology profession as a case, the paper suggests that we should cultivate high qual- ity engineers with engineering consciousness, engineering quality and engineering practice ability in local colleges base on practical engineering, and take engineering technology as the main content.
