中药复方制剂“消胀粉”对小白鼠胃酸含量、胃蛋白酶活力及胆汁分泌的影响

Influence of traditional Chinese medicine-Xiao-zhang powder on gastric acid content and pepsin activity and the secretion of bile on mice

以中兽医药理论为依据,取山楂、枳壳、神曲、茯苓、陈皮、白术、鸡内金、姜半夏等8味中药组成中药复方制剂"消胀粉",以小白鼠为试验对象,研究"消胀粉"对其胃酸含量、胃蛋白酶活力及胆汁分泌的影响.把48只小白鼠分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别灌服大、中、小剂量"消胀粉"混悬液,每天给药1次,连续给药5 d,水合氯醛麻醉,在幽门与十二指肠结合部结扎,处死小白鼠,取胃,收集胃容物,测定小白鼠胃酸含量及胃蛋白酶活力;同样把48只小白鼠分组,饲喂5 d,麻醉,手术稳定后,分别在20、60 min取胆汁,检测胆汁总量并检测60 min时采取的胆汁中胆汁酸、胆红素、胆固醇含量.结果表明:大、中剂量"消胀粉"组均可使小白鼠胃酸含量增加及胃蛋白酶活力增强;与对照组比较,第60 min,小剂量"消胀粉"组可明显促进胆汁分泌(P<0.05);大、小剂量"消胀粉"组可使小白鼠胆汁中胆汁酸含量极显著升高(P<0.01),中剂量消胀粉组可使小白鼠胆汁中胆汁酸含量明极显升高(P<0.05);大、中、小剂量消胀粉组可使小白鼠胆汁中胆红素含量极显著升高(P<0.01);小剂量"消胀粉"组可使小白鼠胆汁中胆固醇含量极显著降低(P<0.01)".消胀粉"能促进小白鼠胃酸分泌,增强胃蛋白酶活力,可以促进小白鼠胆汁的分泌,其中以用量为1.5 g/kg的大剂量"消胀粉"组效果最佳.

Xiao-zhang powder is based on veterinary medicine theory,which is composed of hawthorn,bitter orange, medicated leaven,Poria cocos,tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala, Gallus gallus domesticus and Ginger pinellia. As a test annimal,mice was divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ,Ⅳ group.and the groups of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed on big,medium, small doses of Xiao-zhang powder, which were administered once a day for consecutive 5 days.Anesthesia,and this test ligatted the junction of pyloric and duodenal,and took the stomach,which determinated the acid content and pepsin activity of the mouse by collecting the stomach contents;After surgical stabilization,the test adoptted the bile of the mice which were divided into the groups by the sane way in 20,60 minutes,and detected bile acids,bilirubin, cholesterol content of bile which was adopted in 60 minute.Big,small-doses powder could increase gastric acid content and enhance pepsin activity;The group of small doses of Xiao-zhang powder can significantly promote bile secretion （P〈0.05）;the groups of large,low-doses powder can increase bile acid content significantly （P〈0.01）;the group of medium-doses powder can increase bile acid content significantly （P〈0.05）;the groups of large, medium and small-doses powder can increase mice bile bilirubinbile significantly（P〈0.01）;the group of small-doses powder can decrease bile cholesterol content significantly （P〈0.01）.Xiaozhang powder can promote the mice gastric acid secretion,and enhance the vitality of pepsin,Xiaozbang powder can promote the secretion of bile of mice.The best effect is the group of 1.5 g/kg Xiao-zhang powder.
