8例心脏病延迟关胸患儿床旁开胸术的护理

Nursing Care of Bedside Thoracotomy for Children after Delayed Sternal Closure

回顾性总结分析8例延迟关胸患儿在监护期间实施紧急床边开胸的护理配合及监护。抢救时做好床旁开胸前物品准备及人员调配;配合医生完成各项操作,如纠正酸中毒、扩容、补充电解质、强心及利尿处理;密切观察患儿生命体征变化,及时纠正低心排,预防呼吸道及伤口感染。经过及时抢救和护理,本组除2例患儿因低心排及出血死亡外,其余均抢救成功。

This paper summarized the nursing and monitoring of bedside thoracotomy for eight children after delayed sternal closure.Before rescue,sufficient preparation was done and the cooperation between nurses and doctors contributed to the success.The monitoring of children’s vital signs and the prevention of respiratory tract and wound infection played a critical role in the process.All the children except two were successfully rescued.
