摘要
按照《中国药典》(附录XB)测定金樱子鞣质含量;采用氧化时间法、超氧阴离子清除率测定法、总还原力法评价金樱子体外抗氧化活性;采用培养基饲养果蝇方法研究金樱子根对果蝇生育力的影响。金樱子根、茎、叶、成熟果实的鞣质含量分别为5.33%、2.00%、6.52%、1.83%;根、茎、叶、果实氧化时间分别为7.8 s、31.1 s、10.3 s、28.9 s;超氧阴离子清除率分别为49.71%、55.46%、52.53%、52.05%;总还原力的吸光度分别0.667、0.357、0.668、0.540;金樱子根2.0%、4.0%、8.0%浓度组对果蝇F1的增殖率分别为20.51%、44.62%(P<0.05)、65.64%(P<0.05);对果蝇F2的增殖率分别为68.23%(P<0.05)、138.67%(P<0.01)、71.82%(P<0.01)。结果表明金樱子各部位均含有鞣质,有不同程度抗氧化活性;金樱子根能显著提高果蝇的生育力。
The content of tannin in Rosa laevigata Michx. was determinaed according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Appendix XB) ;the antioxidant activity of Rosa laevigata Michx. in vitro was evaluated by determinating the oxidating time, the eliminating rate of superoxide anion and the total reducing power; raised Drosophila melanogaster with artificial medium, and then evaluated th fertility of the root of Rosa laevigata Michx. by calculating their reproduction number respectively. Tannin content of the root, stem, leaf, fruit in Rosa laevigata Michx. were 5.33% ,2.00% ,6.52% ,1.83% ; oxidating time of the root, stem, leaf, fruit, were 7.8 s,31.1 s, 10.3 s,28.9 s; eliminating rate of superoxide anion were 49. 71% ,55.46% ,52.53% ,52.05%; absorbance used to express the total reduction capacity were 0. 667,0. 357,0. 668,0. 540. Raised with 2.0%, 4.0%, 8.0% concentration of extract of the root of Rosa laevigata Michx. the first generation proliferation rate in Drosophila melanogaster were 20. 51%, 44. 62% (P 〈0.05) ,65.64% (P 〈0. 05), while the second generation proliferation rate were 68.23% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,138.67% (P 〈 0. 01 ) ,71.82% (P 〈 0. 01 ). There are some tannin in all parts of Rosa laevigata Michx , especially rich content in the root and leaf; and there are also different antioxidant activity in the study of materials ; The extract of the root of Rosa laevigata Michx. can improve the fertility of Dro- sophila melanogaster obviously.
