摘要
采用曲线拟合等方法 ,确定齿廓的线切割轨迹 ,实现转向螺母精锻齿形模电极、转向机摇臂轴精锻件的切边凹模和锥齿轮精锻件的切边凹模线切割加工 ,取代了刀具加工或电火花穿孔加工 ,提高了模具制造精度、模具寿命 ,降低了模具成本。
With curve fitting to gain the EDM wire cut traces of teeth, the electrodes for the steering nut die, the profiles of spurtaper gears on the steering gear shaft and bevel gear are realized by EDM wire cut, replacing the manufacturing method with blade or EDM method, making the dies more accuratate and the die life lorger, and reducing the cost.
