营养增效剂在造纸废水生物处理中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 为了改善造纸废水处理系统氮营养投加量大,劳动强度高,吸收率低,易堵塞加药泵与输送管道等现状,在造纸废水生化段投加营养增效剂X-Tend,有效替代30%的尿素。试验结果表明:生化段CODCr的去除率从投加前的69.0%提高到投加后的73.9%,SS的去除率从投加前的89.8%提高到投加后的95.7%。投加X-Tend可促进活性污泥的生长,强化污染物的去除效果,降低污染物超标排放的风险,节省工业成本,减轻劳动人员的工作强度。 The currently used paper-making wastewater treatment system has many disadvantages such as: large nitrogen dosage, high labor intensity, low adsorption rate, easy to block medicament adding pump andtransportation pipeline, and so on. For the purpose of improving the above situation, nutrition synergist X-Tend was added to effectively replace 30% of the urea amount during the biochemical treatment of paper-makingwastewater. The test results showed that: adding X-Tend in the biochemical treatment stage, the removal rates of CODcr and SS increased from 69.0% and 89.8% to 73.9% and 95.7% respectively. It could be seen that, addingX-Tend could accelerate the growth of activated sludge, enhance the removal effect of pollutants, reduce the risk of pollutants concentration in the effluent water exceed the discharge standard, save the engineering cost, andreduce the labor intensity.
