Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the management of present enterprises and their causes, the article puts forward some suggestions which are to change people＇s conceptions so as to increase the consciousness of the modem file management; appoint proper talents and train new type of talents in file management; renew the equipment and make full use of modem file technology; optimize the files in enterprises to repay the society; strengthen confidential work to make positive contribution for the healthy progress of the enterprise. All has the enormous model significance in making the file management adapt to and serve for the reform and development of the enterprises.
