Discussion on Improving College Students' Employment Ability

随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加速,全国高校毕业生规模逐年增加,大学毕业生来自各方面的就业压力也越来越大,如何不断提高大学生的就业能力已成为各高校工作的重点。文章分析了大学生的就业现状和存在的问题,提出了科学合理地进行职业生涯规划,掌握扎实的专业知识,增强社会适应能力,合理定位、转变就业观念等提高大学生就业能力的措施。

With the high speed of the process to the popularization of higher education in China, the scale of college graduates is increasingly large, which makes increasing pressure of employment for college graduates. How to improve the college students＇employment ability has become a focus among colleges. This article analyzes the present situation and existing problems in employment, and puts forward some suggestions of having scientific career planning, mastering solid professional knowledge, improving social adaptive capacity, having reasonable position, and changing employment concept so as to improve the employment ability of college students.
