U型支具治疗早期踝关节侧副韧带损伤的疗效分析

Efficacy of early U-brace treatment for ankle lateral collateral ligament injury

目的观察踝关节U型支具治疗早期踝关节侧副韧带损伤的疗效。方法将获得随访的134例Ⅰ、Ⅱ度损伤的患者根据使用DARCO支具和石膏分为两组,观察组采用踝关节U型支具固定,对照组用U型石膏托或石膏托固定。结果观察组治愈率73.0%、总有效率95.2%,对照组治愈率56.3%、总有效率83.1%;观察组恢复工作时间平均(16.5±6.6)d,对照组恢复工作时间为平均(22.3±8.3)d;观察组满意度92.1%,对照组满意度69.0%;两组在治愈率、总有效率、恢复工作平均时间、满意度方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DARCO踝关节U型支具治疗踝关节侧副韧带损伤效果优于石膏。

Objective To observe early efficacy of U-brace treatment for ankle lateral collateral ligament injury. Methods 134 patients that were Ⅰ or Ⅱ degree of injury were randomly divided into two groups. Observation group were treated with DARCO ankle brace or U-fixed, while control group were treated with U-plaster or plaster fixed. Results In observation group, the cure rate was 73.0%, and total efficiency was 95.2% ; in control group the cure rate was 56. 3%, and total efficiency was 83.1%. The average recovery time of the observation group was （ 16. 5 ±6. 6） days, while the control group was （22. 3 ± 8.3 ） days. Satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92. 1% , and it was 69.0% in the control group. All these data of the two groups had statistically significant differences. Conclusions DARCO U-ankle brace treatment of ankle ligament injury is better than plaster.
