山区欠发达农业县农民培训意愿影响因素分析——基于江西永新县的调查

An Analysis of Factors which Influence the Training Willingness of Peasants in Underdeveloped Mountainous Agricultural Counties——Based on a Survey of Yongxin County,Jiangxi Province

以江西省永新县5个山区乡镇274位样本农民的问卷调查数据为依据,运用Logistic回归模型,从农民个体特征变量、农民家庭特征变量和培训要素选择变量三个方面分析了山区欠发达农业县农民培训意愿的影响因素。结果表明:农民的年龄、受教育年限、家庭劳动力人数、家庭年人均收入、是否以务农为主、培训费用、培训地点和培训时间对农民培训意愿影响显著。最后提出了提高山区欠发达农业县农民培训意愿的相关政策建议。

Based on a questionnaire over 274 peasants from five mountainous towns of Yongxin County, Jiangxi Province this paper analyses the factors that influence the training willingness of peasants in underdeveloped mountainous agricultural county. The analysis is conducted with Logistic model and by three variables： individual characteristics, peasants＂ family characteristics and training elements choice. The result shows that peasants＂ training willingness are significantly influenced by their age, education, family labor force number, family income per capita, major income source, as well as by the costs, locations, time and duration of training. In this paper, some advices are proposed to increase the training willingness of peasants in the underdeveloped mountainous agricultural county.
