摘要
目的探讨p27kip1和Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用SP免疫组织化学法检测10例正常脑组织和80例人脑胶质瘤组织中p27kip1和Ki-67的表达情况。结果 p27kip1在正常脑组织中阳性表达率为100%。在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为53%和20%,p27kip1在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达明显高于其在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的表达。各级分别与正常组织比较均有显著性差异。Ki-67在正常脑组织中表达为阴性,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为51%和80%。Ki-67在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的表达明显低于其在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的表达。各级分别与正常组织比较均有显著性差异。p27kip1和Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤中表达呈负相关。结论 p27kip1和Ki-67在脑胶质瘤的发生中可能起重要作用,二者与胶质瘤的恶性程度相关。
Objective It is to investigate the expression and significance of p27^kip1 and Ki - 67 in human brain gliomas. Methods 10 samples of normal brain tissue samples and 80 samples of glioma tissue were collected to determine the expression of protein p27^kip1 and Ki -67 with the method of immunohistochemistry SP method. Results In normal brain tissue, p27^kip1 protein was all positive, and the positive rate was 100%. In glioma, the positive expression rate of p27^kip1 protein was 53% and 20% respectively in grade I , II and grade III, IV. The positive expression rate of p27^kip1 protein in glioma of grade I , II was significantly higher than that in grade III, iV. For each comparison with normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant. In normal brain tissue, Ki -67 was all negative, and the negative rate was 100%. In glioma, the positive expression rate of Ki -67 was 51% and 80% respectively in grade I , II and grade III, IV. The positive expression rate of Ki -67 in glioma of grade I , II was significantly lower than that in grade III , iV. For each comparison with normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant. There was a negative correlation between p27^kip1 protein and Ki -67 expression. Conclusion p27^kip1 and Ki -67 in tumorigenesis of gliomas may play an important role in the development of this disease, they are correlated with the malignant degree of glioma.
