摘要
目的探讨市售桡骨远端小夹板尺度规格、力学性能。方法用随机抽样法将4家桡骨远端木制夹板分为GM组、HM组、JM组、XM组,可塑型夹板分组为GK、HK、JK、XK组,各组30付。对比分析各个夹板长度、宽度、厚度,木质夹板表面粗糙度、力学性能。结果 4家木制夹板的掌、背、尺、桡侧板的长和宽、厚度、表面粗糙度、最大加载值、强度值对比均有显著性差异;各类可塑夹板掌、背、尺、桡侧板的长、宽对比有显著性差异,厚度对比没有显著性差异。结论各厂商生产的小夹板产品规格不一,不够规范,没有统一标准,提示小夹板规格标准化的建立刻不容缓。
Objective It is to investigate scale size,mechanics of materials of commercially available small splints's pecification for fracture of distal end of radius. Methods By random sampling method, small splints for fracture of distal end of radius from four different manufacturers were grouped into GM, HM, JM, XM groups and plastic splint be grouped into GK, HK, JK,XK groups, 30 sets per group, and their length, width, thickness of various plywood and surface roughness, mechanical properties testing of wood splints were analyzed and compared. Results The length and width, thickness, surface roughness of palm, back, ulnar and radial side of wooden splint from four different manufacturers were significantly different(P 〈 0.01 ) and the maximum load value, the intensity contrast was significantly different (P 〈 0.05) by contrast with each other; the length, width of palm, back, ulnar and radial side of all kinds of plastic splint were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ) and compared with the length were statistically different (P 〈 0.01 ) , but the contrast of thickness was not significant (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Different manufacturers dont have uniform standard to produce small splint which have different specification, it indicates that establishing standardization of small splints's pecification is urgently required.
