摘要
考察了厌氧MBR降解垃圾渗滤液的启动及稳定运行状况。当进水CODCr为6 000~8 000 mg/L,水力停留时间为2 d,污泥质量浓度在25 g/L左右时,系统对CODCr的平均去除率为65%~80%,其中膜的截留贡献率为5.6%左右;系统对氨氮的平均降解率为28.6%,其中膜的截留率为4%左右。膜组件经水力清洗、酸碱清洗和离线清洗后,能获得较为理想的通量恢复率。
The start-up and stable running status of the treatment of landfill leachate by anaerobic MBR degradation have been investigated. When the inflow CODcr is 6 000-8 000 mg/L, hydraulic retention time 2 d, and mass concentration of sludge around 25 g/L, the average CODcr removing rate by the system is 65%-80%,in which the interception contribution rate of the membrane is about 5.6%. The average degradation rate of ammonia-nitrogen by the system is 28.6%, in which the interception rate of the membrane is about 4%. Ideal flux recovering rate can be obtained by hydraulic cleaning, acid-alkali cleaning and off-line cleaning.
