中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病45例疗效观察

Clinical observation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on 45 cases of psoriasis vulgaris

目的观察中西医结合治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将75例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组。治疗组45例予抗银洗剂药浴,同时予阿维A胶囊口服治疗;对照组30例单纯予阿维A胶囊口服治疗。2组均12周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率76.7%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后皮损积分较本组治疗前降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论抗银洗剂药浴结合阿维A胶囊口服治疗寻常型银屑病疗效较好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 75 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups.45 patients in treatment group were given one dose of kangyin lotion dipping every other day,meanwhile given Acitretin capsules 10 mg each time,2 times a day.And other 30 cases in control group were given Acitretin capsules 10 mg each time,2 times a day.The therapeutic courses were 12 weeks in both groups.Then the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（93.3%） was significant higher than that in control group（76.7%,P〈0.05）.The PASI scores after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups（P〈0.01）.The decrease of PASI score in treatment group was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kangyin lotion combined with Acitretin capsules has good effect on psoriasis vulgaris.
