枫蓼肠胃康胶囊治疗功能性消化不良食滞证66例临床观察

Observation of Fengliaochangweikang capsule on the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的观察枫蓼肠胃康胶囊治疗功能性消化不良食滞证的临床疗效。方法 108例功能性消化不良食滞证患者随机分为2组,试验组72例,给予枫蓼肠胃康胶囊2粒,日3次口服,同时予清热除湿止泻颗粒模拟剂1袋,日3次口服;对照组36例,给予清热除湿止泻颗粒1袋,日3次口服,同时予枫蓼肠胃康胶囊模拟剂2粒,日3次口服。4周为1个疗程,然后评估2组疗效。结果中医证候疗效2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),校正中心效应后2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);总有效率试验组高于对照组(P<0.01);疾病综合疗效2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),校正中心效应后2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论枫蓼肠胃康胶囊治疗功能性消化不良食滞证疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of Fengliaochangweikang capsule on the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 108 patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups.72 patients in treatment group were treated by Fengliaochangweikang capsule,2 pills,thrice a day and oral administration of Qingrechushizhixie granule stimulant,a pocket,thrice a day.36 patients in control group were treated by Qingrechushizhixie granule,a pocket pills,thrice a day and oral administration of Fengliaochangweikang capsule stimulant,2 pills,thrice a day.The course was four weeks in two groups.The curative effect was evaluated after a course.Results There were significant differences between two groups on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and correction center effect（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.There was significant difference between two groups on comprehensive efficacy of disease（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Fengliaochangweikang capsule has definite effect on the treatment of functional dyspepsia.
