掺铁有色硅溶胶的制备及在真丝染色中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,盐酸为催化剂,向其中掺入亚铁离子水溶液,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备有色的硅溶胶,并将其用于真丝绸染色。探讨溶胶制备及染色工艺对真丝染色性能影响的结果表明,制备有色硅溶胶的优化工艺为n[TEOS]∶n[EtOH]∶n[H2O]=1∶6∶11,,pH值2~3,温度70oC,搅拌时间2 h。染色后,150oC焙烘3 min。经该掺铁硅溶胶染色后,真丝具有较好的耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度,良好的透气性能和抗静电性。 Colored silica sol is prepared with sol-gel method using tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) as precursor, ethanol as solvent, hydrochloric acid as catalyst and aqueous solution of ferrous iron as additive, and then applied to silk dyeing. Effects of silica sol preparation and dyeing process on dyeing properties are investigated. The results show that the optimum preparation process is defined as follows: n[TEOS]: n[ EtOH ]: n[ H2O ] = 1:6:11, reaction at 70 ℃ for 2 h with stirring and pH value of 2 - 3. Curing at 150 ℃ for 3 min after dyeing, the silk dyeings with the colored silica sol have good color fastness to rubbing and washing, good air permeability and excellent antistatic property.
