摘要
采用M型活性染料对羊毛/牛奶丝混纺织物染色,探讨染料、温度、电解质、碱剂和染色方法对染色同色性的影响。试验结果表明,染色温度和纯碱用量是影响染色深度和同色性的重要因素。高温有利于活性染料上染羊毛,但对牛奶丝的上染率降降低,羊毛/牛奶丝交织物在60~70oC染色能达到较好的同色性。在一定浓度范围内,牛奶丝对纯碱用量不敏感,织物染色深度变化不大,纯碱用量可选用1~2 g/L。元明粉用量对羊毛/牛奶丝混纺织物的同色性基本无影响,不同染色方法对羊毛/牛奶丝混纺织物的同色性影响不同。
Union dyeing of wool/milk blend is carried out with M type reactive dye. Effects of dye concentration, dyeing temperature, sodium carbonate dosage, alkali dosage, as well as dyeing methods on union dyeing are investigated. The results show that dyeing temperature and sodium carbonate dosage have major impact on dyeing depth and union dyeing property. It is favorable for wool fiber to dye at high temperature with reactive dye but is adverse to milk fiber dyeing. Union dyeing of wool/milk fiber blends can be obtained at 60 -70 ℃. Within a certain range of concertration, milk fiber dyeing is not sensitive to the dosage of sodium carbonate. 1 -2 g/L sodium carbonate is preferred. The union dyeing is almost not affected by the amount of sodium sulfate but changed with dyeing methods.
