织物阻燃涂层剂TF687A的成炭行为 被引量:1

摘要 新型环保阻燃涂层胶应用于涤纶织物,经英标BS5852—2006检测,符合阻燃要求。采用TG、SEM和EDS等手段对新型环保阻燃涂层胶处理的软垫纺织品进行研究,结果表明,新型环保涂层织物表现出优异的凝聚相阻燃行为,其良好的成炭能力使得织物在受热时迅速形成致密完整的隔绝层,可以减少火焰区附近与海绵区的氧气、热量及可燃物传递或交换,并将海绵表层炭化,将火焰与软垫的海绵有效隔绝,实现了良好的阻燃效果。 PET fabric is coated with a novel eco-friendly waterborne flame retardant gum. It shows that the finished fabric can meet the requirements of BS 5852--2006 standard. The flame retardant behavior of coated PET is measured by TG, SEM and EDS methods. The results show that the waterborne flame retardant coating gum exhibits excellent flame retardancy in con- densed phase. The gum has good charring ability and can rapidly form a dense and isolated layer in fabric surface when heated. The isolated layer can reduce the transfer or exchange of oxygen, heat and combustible in flame and sponge area. The surface of sponge is charred and then isolated from flame to achieve good flame resistance.
