摘要
简述了棉型针织物全自动加料系统的组成及工作原理。以加工纯棉针织物为例,研究了系统加料顺序和时间等工艺参数。同时比较了全自动加料和人工加料两种方式生产的产品质量。结果表明,自动加料生产方式的织物染色重现性、表面匀染性和符样率明显高于手工加料的染色织物。
Composition and working principle of automatic feeding system are introduced. Taking cotton knits as an example, process parameters like feeding sequence and time are studied. Product qualities are compared between automatic feeding and artificial feeding. The results show that the dyeings with automatic feeding feature better dyeing reproducibility and level- ness than those with artificial feeding.
